At the entrance of the village there were a couple of houses with outside toilet for overnight tourists in Ban Na (Lao Lum people) village. It is possible to walk to other villages too.

Another unforgetable scene on the walk back to Muang Ngoy. The setting sun behind the mountains left beautiful pink colours on the sky - the girl blushed. The clearly visible foot path on the paddy boundary took me to the end of the village.

Fishing is one occupation in these villages. Villager can arrange a fishing trip for tourists, maybe combined with beach stay or village stay plus nature walk. Dry season from end of November to April are good months.
